No they don't sell coffee beans. It's not like Starbucks.
I am sure the manager would be willing to sell some of the coffee beans over the counter, however I would speak to the owner/manager directly in person about your inquiry. Most cafés and restaurants purchase their coffee and supplies from their party vendors, if you find a particular brand of product you like, it's always a good idea to contact the vendor or distributor in your area and find out if you are able to purchase directly through them or setup an account where you can purchase yourself.
