So as far as the mall they do have there own security guard and if they took your brother name down and if that guard is on duty when and if your brother goes there he could go to jail for trespassing.

Here's my question in full: I'm curious about something. A few months back my stepbrother got into a bit of trouble outside of Dave and Buster's. The security guard and the cops told my care provider that he's banned from the mall. But as I looked into this the cops can't ban someone from the mall. The mall owner and the manager at Dave and buster's has to do that and they weren't even outside! So can my stepbrother still go to this mall or not?
