He may have been new, and the kitchen may have been short staff. We often expect perfection in others, when we are imperfect ourselves. Where is your grace? Do you know how to give others grace. I don't know this Aaron but I am sure he did what he could to provide the best customer service he could.... I am sure you have had bad days in your job? So once again I ask you where is your grace and compassion to others, that don't meet your perfection.😇
Why? My response to YOU is WHY? after your orders were wrong, no refills, last order 25 minutes, YOU DIDN'T REQUEST THE MANAGER. Managers are not mind readers. As a customer of Applebees for years, at anytime issues started, I spoke to the manager and all turned out fine. Put some thought into what YOU should have done. Instead of being all negative, Postive on your part will help your dining experience where ever you eat. Applebees strives for excellent customer service. "Happy" Applebees Customer.
