If you want fair prices, don't go to these boutique shops. Best prices are at Main St in Vancouver.

I'm going to answer this myself as I am not the smartest nor dumbest by any accounts but am a true born Oregonian and whether we like it or not, Oregon has and will always be affected by the Golden rule. Because they can, and plenty of people will love it there. So location, very high end products which by now, is pretty much the norm. I live downtown and am lazy to a point, and that's all I need to go in. Chalice lives up to everything advertised. I would do the same thing.

It's out there, but illegal. But it's there and cheap. On the flip side, legal but costs more. Risk management. What's it worth? Shop around, most places have deals on certain stuff. Not saying it'll be a deal on what you want.
