Does anybody know what bank is at the Safeway at cottle road

There isn't a bank inside this store. However, there is a Bank of America branch on the other side of the Safeway parking lot.

Theres no bank inside the safeway on Cottle Road

There is also a Chase in the adjacent lot.

There is no bank in the Safeway, like other stores but in the same lot there is a bank of america.

I believe that there are banks nearby, within walking distance, e.g. Chase, but not inside the store.
