Is there a buffet during the week? If so, what are the times?

I heard the waitress tell another customer that the dinner Buffett is Saturday only.

Yes, they had salad bar

They do have a breakfast buffet until around 10:30am. At the buffet they have servers giving you whatever you want. I am not sure about a dinner buffet.

There was no buffet Thursday

The only buffet they are offering is the salad, and the employees make it for you as you tell them what you want.
