I would like to know if JM TINT continues to charge credit card processing fee in the amount of 3% directly to the final consumer, even knowing that the practice is illegal, and still being subject to suspension of rights to use Visa and MasterCard.

There are many businesses that charge 3% for using credit cards. If it still legal why do so many businesses get away with it. I always pay cash myself. They do great work! If you're worried about a couple extra dollars maybe you should pay cash.
