Small bowel obstructions are most often due to adhesions and hernias while large bowel obstructions are most often due to tumors and volvulus.
Not bad to me. Just need more lines staffed with cashiers.

The employees that I've encountered are very helpful. I do find that the store can be very crowded at times, leading to longer checkout lines but self checkout IS always an option. If the behavior of employees is so egregious, I would lodge a complaint, directly to the top, if management fails to address the issue swiftly.
The parking lot is a nightmare.
They have good deals this is my favorite Meijer store a good location for the area.
