I would not trust if her problem is severe
Many menu items can be considered gluten free as long as they use rice noodles or rice. However, if your wife is severely allergic I wouldn't risk eating there because there's potential for cross contamination if the dishes all get fried in the same wok for example.
Lots of dishes served with rice or rice noodles. Soup with rice noodles is an option. You would have to ask about thickening agents, but it is likely cornstarch.
