I've used the reserved parking to my advantage when I end up getting in at 2:00 in the morning. However, this is excessive and their lost business will not be made up for by the reserved spots rented. This move was poorly thought out. Regarding Pilot, I'll pass. Talk about greed and treating truckers with contempt. Not unless I have no other choice. 12 years of bad experiences at Pilot has turned me off to them forever.
62 spots are pay to park. Seems like a lot of drivers are avoiding TA.
All decisions concerning a location are decided by corporate and not the location itself.

Pay to park is old for those that remember. The new version was just a suggestion a driver brought up.the truckstop didn't think it would work, but I use it all the time
Pilot and T/A both need to eliminate the prepaid parking but they know how to get into the drivers pockets a little more

Yes I noticed that too, and most of the reserved spots are empty.... go to the pilot better
