You decide which ingredients to add to your bowl, so it will depend. You can probably create a low sodium combination

Used to be Poke Etc., WAS excellent. Now, Poke & More. Under new owners....went the "cheap route" with their Ahi to make more $$$. Quality very inconsistent. Not even sure is real ahi anymore. Had to spit out several pieces, was so tough to chew. This, a little less than a year ago. Won't go back.

This poke shop pre-mixes the poke (as opposed to most other poke shops around), so you don't get the same customization. My guess is most mixes are higher on sodium. The adobo definitely had high sodium. Very very tasty, but salty too.
