I had answered this in my review: the business center is intended for other businesses. So their inventory is both limited and plentiful. For instance in a normal Costco, they may have 2 different brands of straws, but the business center has a whole aisle of straws. Conversely, they only carry 2 kinds of cows milk at the business center vs. around 6 kinds at a regular Costco. The one item the business center carries that's not available at regular Costco's are whole hogs.
The items are bigger then normal. Business one is more focused to that.
The Costco business Center primarily caters to small business needs although your membership should work just the same. I go to this store when I need to do a quick Costco run as they carry all the regular inventory... minus the free samples and the large crowds. ... And most convenient of all.. checkout is a breeze! (read: no long lines)
