I dont do the e-cig thing. I tried it a couple different times, but it causes popcorn lung. Ive talked to 7 doctors and 3 said absolutely would not tell anyone to use them, the rest said more or less, if they qere going to use it to quit, and not just switch to it they would recommend, but what a-cigs do to your lungs is irreversible meaning can't heal from it. Damage caused by cigarettes can heal over time. This doctors also said that they would quit within a year not using the e-cig for more than 6 months to a year. I know several people that use them and they have no problems with them had a couple people that caused bunch of problems for. Its up to you. Not only doed the liquide build up in your lungs but, popcorn lung lessens your lung power, air spacing in your lungs, and can never be undone.
