I had a similar problem but found if you call the geek squad at the location, they will transfer you to whatever part of the store that will answer your question.
Because they're lazy. Webpage here says they are not busy right now. "Not busy" is why I spent an hour on hold and got disconnected w/o getting help?
Maybe you were calling during off hours. The Duarte store always answers when I call.
Montebello store normally answers the phone, maybe they can help
Lisa just show up or what are you trying to buy
1. Change your local store selection to your town or closest to your zip code on their website. 2. Find the local store number and call. They usually do pickup n can do product search quickly. 3. You may get a different experience in different stores. 4. When searching for your items, make sure you check pickup today or in store item only option. This way you can check availability n drive in n buy it, otherwise, its an online order that will need to be shipped by best buy or a partner business. I've never had them not answer the phone in the first few rings at the Glendora store. Hope this helps.
Customer service is usually busy, and it's better to go in or search on the website.
