Your question is too vague. Did you want preferential treatment or were they not sensitive to a particular need? I've been shopping at this store for over 30 years and my only complaint has always been that the cashier's talk too much amongst each other; it's not business related conversations.
I am sad to here about your unfortunate experience with this store. Personally I visit other stores in the area besides this one .
