I think it depends on parenting choice. Generally that place always have teen groups in bowling lanes and enjoying food with their friends. Time for pick up, drop off or any other guidance or rules can be made by parents.
It is a popular place with teens. The arcade is a busy spot. I would limit the time spent there for 15 year olds. I've never heard of any bad incidents there. I am not a regular by any stretch.
