Take the order back and request they fix it. Not everyone is perfect and people are designed to make mistakes. They will fix it if you ask them too with some form if respect.
Anytime my order is messed up, instantly upon noticing, I call the place of business & give them my order # the time & what the order was as opposed to what I got. . . Burger King is one of the few places i know of without hesitation will replace whatever's wrong with your order. . .
That's the point they don't show respect . Their job is 50% customer service if they don't like do that get another job.
One time i went there through drive thru and they completely left my meal out and a burger of my nephews. We pull in frontand a worker sees is and quickly shuts the door on my daughter and doesn't even say a word to her. So we get stuck going through drivethru again waiting behind like 4 cars and when i pull up to speak i start sayingwhy I'm there and she cuts me off and says oh yeah pull forward we know. I finally get up to window abd they immediately hand me my food and shoo me alomg. I look in bag and my nephew burger nor in there. So i say okay this is 3rd time y'all messed up my order because first time before leaving window they didn't give us drinks. So i say sonething needs to be done about this. Can we get his burger for free? (Mind u it was a value item burger less than a $1) they say no i ask for manager/supervisor she says i am the supervisor amd i apologized gor mess up so??? I said well his burgershould be free. She says nope best van do is 50 cents off. Smfh
