Service was terrible! Rice was warm and crunchy. And there were empty wine and beer glasses under our table

Excuse me, I'm not going to lie and have others unknowingly be as disappointed as we were. Restaurants that are deserving of good reviews are recognized for their excellent service. Places that have terrible service, rude servers who took almost 45 mins to come to our table, brought cold rice and left drinks from the previous group by our feet will also be noted! Do not assume I don't know how to cook btw I don't serve cold, crunchy rice!

I personally know the manager, he works very hard on providing quality food and service, but he is not a one man show, though he does have good workers there are always times when workers are not at their best, it can happen anywhere, even the Warriors as good as they are....they still have bad days....should we fire them....you decide
