There is plenty of cardio equipment here. Treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines. Also there are various sorts if classes if you want to get your cardio in that way you can sign up for. You'll have no problem.
The dance classes are a great start for cardio. Dance fitness is my favorite!!! It's so fun you don't realize how great of workout your getting!! Everyone is so nice and non judgemental! Natasha is a very sweet, fun and happy instructor! Highly recommend her classes!!!!
