Why does it take weeks to repair mal functions on machines? They don't seem to have clear procedure to report problems. Leadership is lacking and not visible

He ought to check more carefully. It's unbelievable that something remains broken for as many months as I have seen. Hopefully with the reopening things will be better.

Any member reported problem is logged in to the system right away, it’s all about how quickly they repair man receives the parts necessary to make the repairs and they would sometimes take a WHILE. But the repair guy is in the club every week checking for new issues.
