I just use my pre-paid visa credit card from Walmart and it charge me five dollars for an extra fee and I was wondering if that is correct if not that is fu***** ridiculous

If it's a walmart pre paid card then yes

It shouldn't charge like that, although some cards charge a fee if the purchase is under $5...... usually that is at convenience store though...
