Absolutely. They do need to put a sign out. As a matter of fact all McDonald's need to do this. I have this big issue with all McDonald's period.
I encountered a similar situation 3 days ago. It was six cars ahead of me in the driveway and there wasn't any notification of "No Shakes" until I get to order window! At the same time, everything's moving at snails's pace. I saw one of employees exiting and I asked what was going on. She said that they had a new computer system just put in the same day and no one knew how to operate yet . As for as the shakes, she had no comment. Bummer!! Maybe, I'll stick with Jack in Box; they have great shakes and never have excuses! Always available.
