"Snap judgements and decisions " you forgot the sauce. I think you also forget to put the extra cheese too and you also forget to season the sauce most of the time .Just saying !
Gosh, I'm very sorry to hear that, sir. Look, it's obvious that mistakes were made, ok, theres no arguing that point. But... You could've called or came back and someone would surely have fixed it for you. Are you sure you wouldn't be willing to give them another chance? What if I call them for you and explain the situation? Then they'll be expecting you and HOPEfully they can get it right this time
Wow. Five months ago. Like I said. I never went back. I know not all of your restaurants all not the same. Mistakes are made. But I'm in a fixed income. When I go for a good pizza I expect a good pizza. I wasn't looking for a gourmet pizza. Just a good one.well I might try another one someday. I do know some restaurants are struggling. Maybe yours. Well if you scrimp on your product people will go elsewhere. When I've been to your store before. I got what I payed for. But when I didn't. Why should I go back? Not saying it's always that way. Maybe a new mgr. Trying to improve on profits. To impress you. Well my input is give the customer what the come for. I'll try one more time. Just like you say. There are bad days. Thanks for your ear. Bob.
Little Ceasars is usually pretty good. You must allow for mistakes, though, because they do happen. You couldnhave called the store or taken it back and had it corrected. At the very least, givebthem the chance to make it right be fore making snap judgements and decisions. You would want the same opportunity to fix your mistakes, i am sure.
