I bought a 10 pound bag of rabbit pellets and i opened it and realized i got the wrong pellets but i never used any of them, is there a way i can return the 10 pound bag and exchange it for a 5 pound bag of guniea pig pellets? Help.

They will exchange it for you even if you do not have the receipt. Although having your receipt ensures a hassle free return, they do do exchanges without one. If you read the return policy customer satisfaction is their goal.

If you have the receipt , yes. They will destroy or donate it to a shelter
