It's either garage or street parking. During the day you'll most likely pay $20 for a spot in the garage.

There is also some parking on the South side on the North end.
There is a relatively expensive parking garage, and metered on street parking, but not in abundance. Better to get off at the Government Center T stop and walk down the City Hall steps.
