Why does the credit card machine charge twice? Happened to my husband then to me. I had a charge posted at 2am. I will not continue shipping here if this isn't fixed...

I don't have a bank. I use my direct deposit card from work. I get notifications via text. As soon as i makea purchase I'm informed. It should not post again a couple days later with a 2nd charge of the exact same amount.

Maybe it didn't process until after midnight? I know a lot of times, esp on weekends or after 8pm, the charges don't go through until later or after midnight.. And on weekends, not until Monday mid-morning... I'd def check w my bank and make sure
