I have been calling this Walmart everyday and never get an anwser do you have empolyees, because if so please ask them to do there job and answer the phone. When does customer service close?

They close at 9

Normally 6-7pm since Covid

Well it's the start of the month Plus people are getting taxes back & stimulus checks The stores have been slammed as of late The customer service desk closes at 21:00 So not everyone can just drop everything to answer the phone You can also look online to see the item or items your looking for are there Then you can order it& have waiting for you there or shipped to your home

They're really lay back there.. but it closes at 9:pm I believe.
