Pretty much self- explanatory probably if you like the item you should get it because you probably won't see it there in the near future
It means they have very few of them and may not be replenishing the stock in the store. So if it's an item you need and can't find it elsewhere my suggestion would be to grab it because you may not be able to find it locally in other stores/locations due to demand.
