How do you go about renting a cabin? And what does the inside of cabin look like? Is there a restroom in cabin, shower, are there beds in there? Would like to stay a few days to a week ... And how much to rent?

Just put cabins in. Believe they have restrooms not sure about showers and such. Could contact someone from Kiser lake marina or local game and fish official and see what they offer or go to Ohiodnr.com and look out up.

There is only 2 1rm cabins at the entrance to the campground.

There aren't cabins that I am aware of. People bring campers and tents. Maybe I am incorrect... But I have never seen any!
