The 9 mile trip takes about 4-5 hours depending on the height of the river and how long you may stop for lunch.
We did 5 miles in just over 2 hours because we stopped at a small island for 15 min and a waterfall for another 10 min. A 5 mile trip is usually 2 hours. The 9 mile is generally 4 hours, not 9. We do this every summer and it also depends on how fast or slow the river is running after rain events. Have FUN!!!
They offer two trips, a 4 hour trip, and a 2 hour trip. If they offered a 9 mile trip, it would take 9 hours.
