I'm here at target now and I see someone with a dog sitting inside the cart I think that is not right because people put a grocery in and that is not sanitary!!!!!

You should take picture of it and report to online or call target customer service. They might help you with it. I also see that some people keep that kids in cart too.

Why not leave ur dog home if it's that hot!! I can't stand seeing ppl walk in stores, especially where there's food, & they have their dog in the cart! I completely agree Julia Santos it's VERY UNSANITARY & GROSS!! I would definitely make a complaint!! 🐶+🛒=🚫🤢🤦🏻‍♀️
