Went to McDOnald's in fountain city , went through thw drive through. We order 3 meals. Only one of the three was righr. I tried to call to complain, only to be answered by the fax machine. There was not a receipt to show the purchase. When I cyou c

I can understand not wanting to be scammed however that was npt the case..One manager said they would replace the order. When I want to replace it another manager was very rude, replaced one sandwich also they made it wrong, then she went on to be rude. Who ever the night time manager named Diane should at least be respectable to people. In stead pf telling me to call corporate

The best thing for that is to take your whole order inside and show them before u leave .my daughter always pull a side and look her order over and if it not right she goes inside that way they see it and it on the board .ask for a recpit every time

They are getting pretty bad about about giving a reciept. Ive called a few times about that.. And without there is nothing you can really do due to all the scammers trying to get free food.. I always ask when i pay now to make sure its handed to me..

Best thing to do is either go inside and order, or check for your order before you leave and take it right back in if it's wrong. Always ask for a receipt, and remember that this McDonald's is very busy and has 2 drive thrus so a mix up can happen to anybody.

I only get coffee here most if the time. I would say go in and order then you can check it. The manager st this place is gruff
