Always best to make a reservation.
No reservation is needed for party of 3, however I recommend you make a reservation for any sized party because if the 'Hanna is busy then you could be waiting for a long time.

Yes because if they are busy they will turn you away or wait will be really long
I doubt it highly. Went on a Saturday night with a date and easily found seating. You will get seated with other people though.
It's not necessary but highly recommended to avoid 2 hour wait times.
