The original chef, Mario, is still there. If you have an issue with your order, call & complain so they could either make you another one, refund or give you a gift card..
Thx also I asked for it to go as I was serving at church. I'm not going to make a complaint but they also packed it in paper within plastic container...

I believe they train other people to do food prep and cooking..not sure
