Twice this week the young man behind the register has taken my card, handed it back and then said “oh it didn’t go through” i look and I’m charged for not only my order, but the next one as well. No one will answer the phone, and I’m now at work.

Dispute the charges with your credit company or bank. In n some cases they will ask you the correct amount and you will only be charged that amount. That has happened to me, and the cc company was easy to work with to resolve

Omg im sorry that would piss me off Print out your bank statement and if you have receipts.. go straight to the manager next time you have off or a few extra minutes. go in person.
