New books
No used books, all front list for the most part although I'm sure they always have some of the classics...e.g. Plato, Jane Austen, classic children's writers. They carry all subjects but give a bit of priority to children's, fiction (tending toward literary) and mystery. Biography and history well represented, poetry too. Smaller in just basic space than Harvard Bookstore or Brookline Booksmith, but they know their clientele well. If you hear about any book, nonfiction or fiction, on NPR then Porter Square probably has it. Access is one huge plus...T stop just right there, and non-metered parking lot.
