Why is it that every morning their expresso machine is down. This location was supposed to be one of the best, it turned out to be the worst. People are rude and not people friendly. I've reported them twice
but I'm pretty sure it's them

Maybe things are down because they were the first people to receive the equipment to try it out and as for the rude employees maybe they're rude because customers are a**holes when the expresso machine is down.
