Why does walnut creek theater require kids to have ID to purchase any food? My son 14 and friend 13 could not even buy popcorn for a 3 hour movie???? Is this right? They even Spoke to the manager on duty?

Contra costa mandate. Not a cinemark mandate. Complain to your local representative not the theater managers. They get in trouble if they dont follow the mandates.
