I bought five tickets for this place on August 14th 2021 I've never received an email or nothing saying that I paid for it but it come out of my bank account what can I do about this

I body mine through Groupon and you able them the voucher via phone. They do have a customer service number and it is answered by a live person. You can always call. They were friendly and hemoglobin when I caked with questions

Were they supposed to mail them to you ? Did you buy them thru Groupon? If so you just take your phone and bring up the Groupon.
