They do sell them, proof of ownership & ID are needed
Hunting and fishing yes but not sure about boat license. Check with BMV in New Lex.
To get a boat license you will need proof of ownership,the make and the model,hull ID number (serial number) and year of boat. Boats 14 feet and longer require a title from the BMV. Canoes and kayaks do not require a title
