They have monthly rates, I've been there over 7 months this time. 650.00 a month, they just went up for a second time this year for 30 amp campers.
Good morning, We do offer monthly rates. $722.50 for 30amp and $760.00 for 50amp. Both rates include water, sewer, electric and all taxes. Rates are currently $650 a month with a $75 fully refundable clean up fee. There is no limit on how long a person can stay.
