Why can't orders be placed over the phone? I guess it's preferred to have people piled inside to order AND To Wait. That's ridiculous.

That's what I figured I'd do. And right before this, they literally told me they do not take orders over the phone. I was like, huh? Whatever

You can place orders over the phone anytime as long as it's an before closing hours. I just left from picking my food up that's how I place all my orders

They don't take orders if it's 15mins before closing sometimes if there's a lot of unclaimed call in.
