The historic side of the building (the oldest in NJ if i recall correctly) is primarily ordinary dinner guest oriented. A couple small original rooms are suitable for parties of 12+. The new addition is for banquets and is beautifully built pegged post and beam construction! (Im a builder that had a celebration of life ceremony [25 heads] on the historic side).

Since it is also an inn, these are the specific hrs-- LUNCH Mon.- Sat. 11:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. DINNER Mon.-Thurs. 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Fri. & Sat. 5:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. Sun. 2:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH Sun. Seating from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. SPECIAL FUNCTION Mon.- Sun. Individually arranged BREAKFAST Mon.- Sat. Individually arranged
Not sure on rhe hours, but Cranbury Inn is a reataurant primarily, and even does brunch on certain holidays.
Not sure about the hours but it id primarily a banquet hall.
