What brand cold cuts do you use? What bread company do you use? Who is your produce provider? I'm original from Philly, but i been in LA since 1979, your subs are great, i may open up something here

The bread is from a bakery across the street from them. Its called Formica's. And i believe they use Deitz and Watsons or Thurrmans.

It's not the cold cuts that make their subs great, it's the bread, and you're not going to be able to reproduce it in LA I'm afraid. Good luck.
