No u need to find a place with a dry cleaners that has a modyfing center in it.... there are woman that will sew,take in, take out dress an etc
No they don't do custom patches only fabric can be customized.
I dont think they do, you may be better off bringing it to a dry cleaner...
They can show you how to it. It might be easier to use fabric glue then if you know how to do a blanket stitch you can do it yourself. Thats also a possibility.
I would think so, but your best bet and quicker would be to take it to your local dry cleaners where there is a seamstress on site! Only a thought. Hope this helps
