I have called 3 times now and have been hung up on e times in a row now one even answered they picked up the phone just picked it up and hung straight up .

The staff that does show up is just as frustrated as you are. Plus, they are catching the brunt of customer frustration too. It is much better to go in person or use their app. I switched to using the app. Very easy to do, show up in a numbered spot, tell them which number you are parked at through the app, and they bring you your food. Simple and less frustrating for all.

There short staffed and very busy at times but if you go there you probably get in for dinner or take out helpful thanks will get better.
