Anthony's is right there... there is also plenty of outdoor seating in a public area to wait for your pickup
There is a seafood restaurant just south of the cruise terminal. Also a pleasure boat marina. Be warned that parking is hard to find and expensive. The cruise terminal is at the Northern end of the Seattle Waterfront district. However, it would be difficult to walk there while carrying cruise ship luggage.
