I have made it through several times in under an hour but it was pushing it. Logan airport is very busy in the afternoon so its always best to go with the advised 2 hour.

Depends on air traffic, weather delays and terminal crowds. They recommend 2 hrs prior to departure. I usually go through at least 1-2 hr then wait in Admirals lounge.
