There's no way to know that. I would always get there in an hour and a half early for an international flight even if you have pre-check
The normal 2hrs before your flight.
Despite pre check approval...long queues & unexpected delays may cause heartburn.....hour or two before the departure time is always good...
Add plenty of extra time due to TSA backups from the shutdown
