We have bedn off our flight for over 1 hour and this sorry airport has not sent anyones bags through. Damn flight from London. Should I avoid this airport?

Logan is excellent in most cases. Manchester NH, Providence RI, Portland ME and Bradley International are alternatives.

There are not many airports in the area that can handle the volume of flights and traffic that Logan Airport does. Problems happen, though your frustrations are reasonable. Also, Logan can result in less expensive airfare on the discount travel sites.

Not necessarily. This airport is actually very efficient and I'm sure it is a one off. (Baggage delivery delays due to technical snags happen at all airports around the world.) Hope you get the bags soon!
